Questions worth asking any recruiter

Never. We ask for your explicit approval before submitting your profile to any client, and we tell you exactly who the client is, what the rate is and what the interview process looks like.
Yes. We work with US citizens, permanent residents, and candidates on H-1B, H4 EAD, OPT/CPT, TN and E-3 status. Client requirements vary by role, and we will always be upfront about which roles have restrictions.
You submit a weekly timesheet, we approve it with the client, and you are paid by direct deposit on a fixed cycle. Your hourly rate is agreed in writing before you start, along with overtime and expense terms.
We start working on your next engagement roughly six weeks before the end date, and we tell you honestly whether an extension is likely so you can plan.
No. Candidates never pay CloudSoft IT anything. Our fees are paid by the hiring company.
Many of our roles are remote or hybrid, though some clients require onsite presence — particularly in healthcare, finance and public sector. Each listing states the work model up front.
